I feel an awful mistake coming on that's going to end up making Jeremy lonely again and/or make Jan mad. Aaaagh! I hate that point in love stories. Happens every time. one of the love interests makes some stupid mistake that is misunderstood or said rashly, then they have split for awhile until someone humbles themselves. But without conflict, the story can't go on. Aw, Jeremy--be smart, dude!
As one creative person to another, Jaymeezcat, I challenge you to go beyond the expected and the love story norms! How can the conflict be enough to keep the readers interested and yet not gut-wrenchingly annoying so as to follow the cliche of every love story in existence?
Aw, well I think a conflict is inevitable. Jeremy's been in a bad head space for a while now and the past has not yet been illuminated for Jan, so I think they both have some soul searching to do. We'll see what happens. :) I hope you will continue to enjoy the series.
